ASKLEP’s unique management system in Asia

For the purpose of conducting clinical studies more efficiently in the Asian region, ASKLEP has built its own unique management system. We have assigned a local manager in each country in addition to a regional project manager in Japan. By assigning responsibilities this way, it has become possible to extract, identify and solve various issues in the early stages. Also, ASKLEP has been working to harmonize cultures both business and local country customs. As a result, we are able to significantly overcome differences in language and culture that can prove challenging when conducting clinical studies.

Utilizing our extensive overseas CRO network, we provide consulting and management services for clients for their worldwide clinical research activities including regulatory, development strategy, budgeting, licensing and translation support services to name a few.

In some cases, it may be a geographic advantage for our clients to have project management and support provided by one of our partners in the country of the sponsor. In that case, ASKLEP will provide local clinical services in Japan and China and work closely with our partners in other regions.
