"ASKLEP 2nd ANNUAL GLOBAL CONFERENCE" held on February 17th with over 230 attendees!!
On February 17th, 2010, ASKLEP Inc. (a CRO in Japan) hosted its 2nd Annual Global Conference in Tokyo. This year's theme focused on Clinical Trials in Asia - Challenges for Regional Expansion ~from Japan into Asia~". The number of attendees far exceeded expectations indicating a strong need and interest for better understanding clinical trial environments in Taiwan, Korea and mainland China. Over 230 attendees participated from 50 pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
ASKLEP's regional CRO partners and guests from Japanese Pharma participated as speakers for the event. Partners from Taiwan and Korea presented on "regulatory changes and what we need to know", and guest speakers from their perspective as Japanese Pharma, presented on the "current situation and trends in clinical development in China". The conference included the latest information and some case studies, and received high praise from attendees mentioning that the conference is very useful when they conduct Asian Clinical Trials.
ASKLEP has taken the lead role as a Japanese CRO in providing these types of events to further add value and support clients beyond the borders of Japan.
ASKLEP will continue to be the "Gateway to CRO Services for Asian and Global Clinical Trials", and keep meeting client needs.
